 Victor Karpiak, Chairman
Victor Karpiak is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of First Savings Bank Northwest. He has been with First Savings Bank for 30 years in a variety of executive positions. Mr. Karpiak is a past Director of the Renton Community Foundation, the Greater Renton Chamber of Commerce, Renton River Days, and the Senior Housing Assistance Group. He is also a member of the Renton Rotary Club and the Kiwanis Club of Renton.
 H. A. Blencoe
Harry A. Blencoe has served on the Bank’s Board since 1959. From 1961 until 1999 he was the Bank’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He also held the position of President of First Savings Bank from 1961 until 1999. Mr. Blencoe is a past Director of the Renton Community Foundation, a past President and current member of the Renton Rotary Club and a current member of the Mayor’s Business Executives Forum. He is also a Trustee of the First Financial Northwest Foundation.
 Gary F. Kohlwes, Ed.D.
Gary F. Kohlwes is a Director and Audit Committee Chairman and has been on the Board since 1977. For the 24 years ending in 1997, Mr. Kohlwes was the Superintendent of Public Schools for the Renton School District. Since 1963, he has also been an owner/operator of a commercial fishing business based in Naknek, Alaska. Mr. Kohlwes is a member of the Renton Rotary Club, and the Renton Community Foundation. In addition, Mr. Kohlwes is a Trustee of the First Financial Northwest Foundation and serves as its Executive Director.
 Robert L. Anderson
Robert L. Anderson has been a Director since 1980. He now also serves as Chairman of the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee. In 1992,Mr. Anderson retired from his position as senior partner at the law firm of Anderson, Jackson & Stephens. Mr. Anderson has been a Director on the Renton School District’s Board of Directors. He is a past President of the Kiwanis Club of Renton and the South King County Bar Association. Mr. Anderson is also a past Director of the Ocean Shores Library Board and is currently a member of the Ocean Shores Kiwanis Club.
 Gerald Edlund
Gerald Edlund has been a Director since 1985. He is President of Edlund Associates, Inc., a landscape architecture firm, founded in 1980. Mr. Edlund is a member of the New Horizon School Board, a past President and current member of the Renton Rotary Club and a member of the Allied Arts City of Renton.
 Robert W. McLendon
Robert W. McLendon joined the Board in 1985. His career was spent in the retail and wholesale business, building a regional chain of hardware stores, McLendon Hardware. Mr. McLendon graduated with a business degree from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and The American Legion.
 Gary F. Faull
Gary F. Faull has been a Director since 1999. He is founder and principal of the law firm, Gary F. Faull Law Offices, established in 1974. Mr. Faull is also a member of the Renton Rotary Club, the Greater Renton Chamber of Commerce, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and he is a past Director of the Renton Community Foundation and a past President of the South King County Bar Association. Mr. Faull is also a Trustee of the First Financial Northwest Foundation.
 Joann E. Lee, C.P.A.
Joann E. Lee has been a Director since 2005 and is currently the Board’s Financial Expert, serving on the Audit Committee. Ms. Lee is a certified public accountant and owner of Joann Lee & Associates, CPAs since 2002. Ms. Lee is a past President and current Board member of the Renton Rotary Club and the Renton YMCA Board of Directors. She is a member of the Renton Communities in Schools, Greater Renton Chamber of Commerce, and she is a Director of the Renton Technical College Foundation.
